01Sponsor

The Southern Roost Yulee Gator Ticket Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Concept 99 Group, LLC, 3970 Brunswick Hwy, Waycross, GA 31503, the corporate parent of Southern Roost (the "Sponsor"). Southern Roost Yulee is not yet open; the Giveaway is run entirely online.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook, or Instagram. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the University of Florida, the University of South Carolina, the Southeastern Conference, Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, or any ticketing company. Team, school, and venue names appear only to identify the event.

02Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and owners of the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies and franchisees, including every restaurant operated under the Southern Roost, Hog-N-Bones, or Jerry J's names, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway.

03Entry period

The Giveaway begins when the official giveaway post (the "Official Post") is published on the Southern Roost Yulee Facebook and Instagram pages and ends on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Comments posted after the Entry Period ends will not be counted.

04How to enter

During the Entry Period, on Facebook and/or Instagram:

• Follow the Southern Roost Yulee page at facebook.com/southern.roost.yulee or instagram.com/southern.roost.yulee; and
• Comment on the Official Post on that same platform, tagging one friend you would take with you to the game.

Completing both steps on one platform is one entry. You may enter once on Facebook and once on Instagram, for a maximum of two entries per person. Additional comments on the Official Post, comments on other posts, tagging more than one friend, or sharing the post do not add entries.

Entries must be made from a personal account that belongs to you. Accounts created to enter this Giveaway, automated or bot entries, and entries from more than one account controlled by the same person are void. The friend you tag does not become an entrant by being tagged, does not have to follow the page, does not have to be the guest who attends with you if you win, and receives nothing from the Sponsor. Comments that are abusive, obscene, or that tag someone who has asked not to be tagged may be removed and the entry disqualified. Your follow and your comment must stay in place through the drawing.

05The prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: two (2) tickets to the South Carolina Gamecocks at Florida Gators football game on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, Gainesville, Florida, Section 14, Row 29 (seat numbers assigned by the ticket issuer). Kickoff time to be announced by the schools. Approximate retail value (ARV): $910.88 (U.S. dollars).

The prize is the two tickets only. Travel, lodging, parking, food and drink, merchandise, and every other cost are the winner's responsibility. Both tickets go to the winner, who chooses their own guest. The tickets will be delivered by mobile ticket transfer on or about Friday, October 9, 2026. To receive them, the winner must have a smartphone, a valid email address, and a free account with the ticket issuer's platform, and must accept the transfer. The tickets are subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the ticket issuer, the venue, and the University of Florida, including mobile-only entry and conduct policies.

The prize has no cash value, may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner, and may not be resold. If the game is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, the tickets remain subject to the ticket issuer's terms and policies for that event, and the Sponsor has no obligation to provide replacement tickets, a cash substitute, or any other compensation. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the tickets become unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's control. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

06Winner selection and notification

On or about Monday, October 5, 2026, one potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on both platforms. The potential winner will be notified by direct message from the official Southern Roost Yulee account on the platform where the winning entry was made, and may also be announced on the page by first name and last initial.

The potential winner must reply to the direct message within 24 hours of it being sent, confirming that they are 18 or older and eligible and providing their full legal name and the email address to be used for the ticket transfer. If requested, the potential winner must also sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability and publicity release within that same 24 hours, and in every case before the tickets are transferred.

If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is ineligible, declines the prize, or does not return the required documents, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, and will have 24 hours from notification to respond on the same terms. Up to three alternates may be drawn. Watch for impostors: the Sponsor will contact the winner only from the official Southern Roost Yulee page and will never ask for payment or banking information to claim the prize.

07Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes on the prize.

08Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by entering you agree that the Sponsor may use your name, city and state, likeness, social media handle, and the content of your entry for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, now known or later developed, without further notice, compensation, review, or approval.

09Privacy

Information you provide to enter or to claim the prize is used only to administer the Giveaway, to verify eligibility, contact the winner, and transfer the tickets, and is not sold or shared for any other purpose. You are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. Your comment on the Official Post is public, as are all comments on those platforms. Information you share with Facebook or Instagram is governed by those platforms' own terms and privacy policies, not the Sponsor's.

10General conditions

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or the platforms' terms, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, and may void entries from fake, duplicate, automated, or purchased accounts. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, including a platform outage, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway and, if it is canceled, may award the prize by random drawing from the eligible entries received before the cancellation. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or messages, for technical or human error, or for changes to or outages of Facebook or Instagram. The Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all respects.

11Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, franchisees, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, including travel to and from the game and attendance at it. The Released Parties are not responsible for the game, its schedule, the venue, or any act or omission of the ticket issuer. The winner accepts the prize "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties' total liability exceed the ARV of the prize.

12Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Nassau County, Florida, and resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
